Boiler Membrane Wall Application
Boiler water walls are membrane walls that are made of tubes welded together with or without a strip of metal in between. These walls form the enclosure of the coal combustion chamber. Water wall tubes are also referred to as the evaporator section; they contain water mostly in liquid form which gradually evaporates as it rises in the boiler.
A waterwall in a boiler is any furnace wall that is comprised of refractory and tubes in a water-tube boiler. The tubes are evenly spaced and generally connect to headers which in turn are connected back to the main generating bank of the boiler. They serve a two fold purpose here in that they capture heat that would otherwise escape to the atmosphere and help heat the water in the boiler. And they also help keep the refractory cool.This prevents spalling of the refractory.
Boiler Membrane Wall Description
In order to reduce the heat loss caused by air tightness and reduce the cost of heat preservation, the modern boiler USES water wall board instead of steam generating pipe.We adopt automatic finned pipe welding machine and large pipe bending machine to make water-cooled wall plate, which can have pressing head and short welding head.We provide panel integrated manhole openings in the panel.
