Description

The manufacturing equipment is 30~185MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >3, the technical condition is in accordance with the standard of ASTM, EN, DIN, GB.

Functions
1.Absorb heat of high temperature gas,reduce exhaust gas temperature,reduce exhaust gas consumption and save fuel.
2.Reduce feed water heat absorbing in steam drum as it is heated in economizer before enter into drum,so expensive evaporation heating surface can be instead of econimizer,cost saving.
3.Increase feed water temperature,temperature deviate is decreased of steam drum,heat stress decrease conrrespondingly,extend drum working life time.
Manufacture
Add the heat exchange area and reduce the number of tubes, also increase the fume flow section area to reduce the fume speed and abrasion.
H type fin tube can be made to double H type fin tube, high rigidness to fit long tube row.H type fin economizer arranged in line to make the space into many small zones, averaged air flow to reduce the abrasion.
With straight channel to gain the best ash-blowing effect.The compact structure to reduce the weight and reduce the manufacturing cost.
Hot rolled seamless steel tubes and cold rolled seamless steel tubes for steam boiler systems
Implementation of the same standard, medium and low pressure boiler tube standards can be used. Hot rolled or cold-rolled (drawn) seamless steel tubes with high quality carbon structural steel.
