Product characteristics:

Finned tube is used to recover heat from gas flue exhaust of power plant boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns, marine power plants, and to effectively improve fuel utilization, and they are the strengthened heat exchange elements arranged at the tail of the flue duct of the system.

In the structure design of double H-type finned tube, a separate structure is adopted for the easy ash-setting part of the tube, which overcomes the shortcomings of easy ash accumulation, ash plugging and gas resistance of the spiral finned tube, and is an improved product of the spiral finned tube. In addition, the finned tube ribs are cantilever beam structure, under the action of pulsed air flow, rib vibration is more conducive to ash removal treatment.

Double H-type finned tube, on the one hand, expanding the heating surface can increase the heat transfer coefficient, on the other hand, expanding the heating surface unit has the function of self-cleaning dust, can slow down the deposition, blockage and wear of smoke and dust on the heating surface, especially to slow down the wear and tear can ensure the reasonable service life of the heating surface, which is the basis of safe and economical operation of waster heat boilers.

Product advantages:

It is a new type of double H-type fin tube heat transfer enhancement element. The new welding process of fin tube is adopted. The contact of fin welding parts adopts multiple zigzag shapes. The heating surface is even and welded firmly, and the welding is formed evenly, the surface is smooth, no slag inclusion pore weld, and welding penetration rate reaches 97%.

Three-point welding for fin tube, 20# steel and ND steel, which are used to manufacture double H-type fin tube heat transfer enhancement elements. The carbon content and impurity content are low, and the weld-ability is good. Therefore, the internal quality of fin tube is easy to guarantee. The tube and fin parts of finned tube have the characteristics of large length and small wall thickness, especially the length of weld is large. The longitudinal residual tensile stress will be produced at the weld site after welding. The fins in the far part of the weld will be subjected to compressive stress, which will easily cause bending, wave and distortion.
